An unholy marriage of '90s Nickelodeon nostalgia and synth punk inspired by the Locust, Arab on Radar, Assfactor 4 et al, Mutual Skies presents the long-percolating debut album from chaotic hardcore duo Public Phone School. These twelve minutes of trachea-shredding electro-violence have been collecting dust for nearly six years. We'd have put it out on a Zip disk for period accuracy, but that would probably be pushing it, much as we love losing money.
